Otters Swim Team (ages 5 - 18)
Join the Oswegoland Park District Swim Team and become an OTTER!
The Otters offer an opportunity for your swimmer to participate in friendly and competitive meets with neighboring teams. With daily practices, your swimmer will develop their competitive swimming skills, learn sportsmanship, foster friendships, and experience the physical and emotional growth that comes with team sports.
Oswegoland Otters Swim Team
The opportunity for skilled young swimmers to swim competitively during the summer is available at several levels. The Otters consists of the Black, Red, White and Green (Whelps) practice groups. Black and Red Teams are then divided into sub-groups to split between the Civic Center and Winrock pools for practice every day. A rotating schedule will be announced after the first week of practice. White and Green Team will practice at Civic Center Pool only. An additional evening practice is available to Black and Red team on Monday evenings at Winrock pool from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Meets are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and are run by parent volunteers. The swim season begins May 21 and ends on July 21.
