Oswegoland Park District - Volunteer Opportunities

Oswegoland Park District volunteers are fantastic! They help keep our parks looking great and our programs running smoothly all year round. Park District volunteers donate countless hours coaching youth sports, timing races, and making special events like PrairieFest happen for their neighbors. Join the dedicated and enthusiastic folks who make "creating opportunities for a healthy community" a vision we all can share.

CONSERVATION PROJECTS: Volunteers needed to help with various projects throughout the year including seed collection, cleaning, planting, and other conservation activities such as invasive species clearing. PRAIRIEFEST: Join a team of volunteers who help with Oswego's largest community event. Direct parking, pick litter, clean tables, sell tickets, or greet people at the gates. Receive a PrairieFest volunteer shirt!	Father's Day weekend. You pick your hours and your interest. We would love to have you on the team! Volunteer Appreciation Party!
Each August, we invite all our volunteers to a celebration pool party at the Civic Center Aquatic Park. We provide food and fun for the whole family, as we say a great big "thank you" to our wonderful volunteers.
