The Oswegoland Park District is accepting applications for the full time position of Athletic Coordinator. The Athletic Coordinator will work with the athletic staff to develop, plan and implement a variety of sport programs for children and adults.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Program development and administration
- Staff and volunteer supervision
- On site program management
Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old with a college degree, recreation, sports management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years full time program management experience
- Excellent decision-making and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Understand and exhibit behavior consistent with stated values of the park district.
- Salary Range $32,000 - $35,000

The Oswegoland Park District is hiring a full time Cluster Coordinator for Kid's Connection, the before and after-school program. Job responsibilities include program planning and evaluation, hiring, training and supervising staff, and communication with parents and staff.
High school graduate with sixty college credits and a minimum of eighteen college credits in Early Childhood Education. Must be 21 years of age. Must have effective communication and listening skills, decision-making, delegation and organizational skills. Knowledge of Word and Excel.

The Oswegoland Park District is hiring substitute bus drivers for its before and after school Kindergarten program to start in the Fall of '08-'09.
Buses transport children from 8:00-9:00am, 11:00am-1:00pm and 3:00-4:00pm, Mon-Fri.
Staff's own Kindergarten age children are welcome to ride along for free!
Drivers must be 21 years of age with an excellent driving record and valid driver’s license.
No CDL required.
