This means that our instructors have successfully completed a training program that includes the latest developments in safe exercise technique and injury prevention. Many of our instructors are also certified by the Kenneth Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research.

Babysitting

Need us to watch your child while you exercise? Purchase a punchcard or a season babysitting pass. Punchcards are available for $15 and $30 and can be purchased at any Park District office.

To use the babysitting service:

  • Purchase a punchcard at the Civic Center, Prairie Point, or Boulder Point. (cost is $15 for six punches or $30 for 12 punches).
  • Present the stamp card to our childcare staff each time you drop off your child.
  • A babysitting seasonal pass makes it more convenient for you, and you save a little money too! Each child must have their own pass. Passes are not transferable and are good Sep 2 through Dec 23, 2008. $72(R)/$81(N).

The Park District reserves the right to cancel the babysitting service when no children are present for two consecutive class sessions.
