of programs and classes geared to those wanting a challenge or to

is a free, ongoing senior fitness program that helps you slowly
stretch your muscles so you feel better and have more energy.
ACES meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:05 to 8:50 a.m.
at the Civic Center (5 Ashlawn Avenue in Montgomery).
- provides a nutritious and delicious meal each weekday
at noon for senior citizens age 60 and older. Call 630.554.5718
for the Oswego location and 630.553.6623 for the Yorkville location.
- Meals can be delivered to your home
if you are unable to get out.
- A donation of $2.50 is suggested.
- For
anyone less than 60 years of age, the cost is $5.
