PrairieFest 5K & One Mile
June 16 @ 8:00 am
Run through Oswego’s friendly neighborhoods during the PrairieFest 5K! The One Mile Prairie Dog Jog race begins directly following the 5K start at the Prairie Point walking path. Medals for first through third place finishers in each age group in the 5K. All runners registered by June 4 are guaranteed a shirt.

- After 6/4, t-shirts available as supplies last $50 June 16 (Race Day) – Registration Begins at 7:00am
- One Mile Prairie Dog Jog – through June 4: $20 | June 5 – June 15: $25
- After 6/6, t-shirts available as supplies last $30 June 16 (Race Day)- Registration Begins at 7:00am
Pre-Race Packet Pick-up
- Pre-registered runners are guaranteed a t-shirt! They can pick up their race shirt and bib early. Participants may pick up packets for friends if they present a picture of the friend’s driver’s license.
- Thursday, June 13 – PrairieFest Information Booth – 5:00-7:00pm
- Saturday – PrairieFest Information Booth – 10:00am-12:00pm
- Race Day 7:00-7:45am
Check-In
- If you already picked up your bib, you do not need to check-in. Parking is available at Prairie Point Community Park and the RV parking lot across Washington St.
Start Time
- Race begins at Prairie Point Center
- 5K begins at 8:00am. One Mile Prairie Dog Jog begins at 8:10am

- Course Marshals will be on the course until 9:15am
- If you are running with a dog, please start at the end of the group
Awards will be announced at 9:15am.

5K Awards to Overall Male, Overall Female, and first three male and female athletes: 10 & Under, 11-13, 14-17, 18-23, 24-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
One Mile Award to first place finisher and first place dog finisher
Results
There are no refunds for this race. If you registered but cannot make the race, you may pick up your shirt at Prairie Point Center.
