Over 30 Different Classes Available

We offer a variety of class types, including group exercise, group training, yoga and meditation. You might be asking yourself, “What is the difference between group exercise and group training?” Group training is an increasingly popular class format where a personal trainer coaches a small group of participants through workouts designed to progress with them and meet their individual goals. Group exercise is a more traditional fitness class format where a certified instructor leads a group of participants through the same workout. With over 30 classes available, we believe there is something for everyone!
