Community Pre-Thanksgiving Workouts

Get a head start on Thanksgiving with two fun, pre-feast workouts! This year, our Gobble Til You Wobble and Gratitude Flow Yoga classes on Wednesday, November 27 at the Civic Center give you the perfect way to balance the feast with fitness.

Kick things off at 6:00pm with our Gobble Til You Wobble Workout, a calorie-burning circuit that combines weights, core work, plyometrics, and manageable cardio. Bring a friend or family member along to make it even more fun, and enjoy a good sweat before the holiday treats begin!

Stick around or arrive for Gratitude Flow Yoga at 7:00pm, a relaxing yoga session designed to help you unwind, stretch, and reflect on what you’re grateful for. This slow flow is suitable for all levels and offers a moment of peace and gratitude before Thanksgiving festivities kick in.

Each class is just $5, so come ready to work, unwind, and make some room for that turkey and pie! Ages 13 and up are welcome, so bring a mat, a friend, and a positive spirit as we get into the Thanksgiving groove.
