Meditate to Zennnnn

Take a moment for yourself, your body and your mind and enjoy the 75 minute yin yoga, meditation style. Relaxation class infused with the healing energy of Reiki to open up all seven chakras, or energy channels within the body. Each chakra will have a separate meditative essential oil as well as a particular yoga pose. This beginner friendly class welcomes all levels and is a fantastic way to give yourself some TLC and focus on your mind and body. Register online here!
