Park Board Meeting

The Oswegoland Park Board will meet for a Remote Access Park Board Meeting on Thursday, December 17 at 5:30pm. View the Park Board Meeting Agenda.
The Commissioners, the Executive Director, staff and chief legal counsel will not be physically present at the Civic Center, 5 Ashlawn Avenue, Montgomery, IL, as that is unfeasible due to the disaster. Commissioners, staff and the public are encouraged to participate remotely via web conferencing at https://bit.ly/opdbh2020, or dial (312) 626-6799 for audio only and enter Meeting ID 836 4806 4659, followed by #, and Passcode: 603084. Note that depending on your device, you may be directed to install the Zoom app to join the meeting. The meeting will also be audio or video recorded and made available to the public, as provided by law.
Public comment will be accepted under “Recognition of Visitors” under the Communications portion of this meeting. If you desire to offer public comment during this portion of the meeting, please contact Cindy Benson at cbenson@oswegolandpd.org, before 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting, so the Chair can be prepared to recognize you at the proper time. A public hearing will be held during the meeting on the combined Budget and Appropriation Ordinance, for the Oswegoland Park District, during the regularly scheduled Park Board meeting, December 17, 2020. If you desire to participate in the public hearing and offer testimony, please contact Cindy Benson at cbenson@oswegolandpd.org, before 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting, so the Chair can be prepared to recognize you at the proper time during the Hearing. For ease, testimony may also be emailed to cbenson@oswegolandpd.org by 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting to be read into the record on your behalf.
