Spring Break Workout

Don’t lose what you gained this winter! Keep your workout momentum going with our special Spring Break workouts. Join an experienced instructor for an hour of strength and cardiovascular training guaranteed to get your heart rate up and torch major calories. Registration recommended as space and equipment are limited. $10 day-of drop-in rate.
