Adjacent to River Mist on the Fox, Millstone Park was once the site of the Parker water-powered grist mill that served the Oswegoland area from 1836 to 1900. Remnants of the stone foundation are visible, while remnants of the dam can be seen only when the river is low. The Parker sawmill and furniture factory was located across the river in what is now Troy Park.
