April Booras has a Bachelors degree in Education and continuing education in exercise and fitness. She holds certifications in Yoga, Pilates, PiYo, Ramping, Kickboxing, Pilates Reformer, Geriatrics, Water Aerobics, Bosu, Balletone, Nordic Walking, Kettelbell and Spinning, is a certified group fitness instructor through ACE, and holds two personal training certificates. April has been teaching for over 20 years.
Laura Edward was encouraged to go for her instructor training after attending several classes, and has since received her aqua certification, Keiser cycling certification, Body Works, and Boot Camp certifications. Laura has experience teaching Boot Camp and Strength Training, Stability Ball, Kids Fitness, Aqua Fitness, and Personal Training. She always looks forward to working with participants at the Oswegoland Park District.
Renee Mahoney- RYT 200 became a yoga enthusiast in her pursuit of finding natural methods and tools to manage and balance her health journey. Renée has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology as well as a certificate in Nutrition, Chronic Disease, and Health Promotion. She has enjoyed several years of teaching/coaching children of all ages in addition to mentoring adults. She truly believes yoga is for everybody and is always striving to learn more and strengthen her yoga practice.
