April Booras has a Bachelors degree in Education and continuing education in exercise and fitness. She holds certifications in Yoga, Pilates, PiYo, Ramping, Kickboxing, Pilates Reformer, Geriatrics, Water Aerobics, Bosu, Balletone, Nordic Walking, Kettelbell and Spinning, is a certified group fitness instructor through ACE, and holds two personal training certificates. April has been teaching for over 20 years.

Laura Edward was encouraged to go for her instructor training after attending several classes, and has since received her aqua certification, Keiser cycling certification, Body Works, and Boot Camp certifications. Laura has experience teaching Boot Camp and Strength Training, Stability Ball, Kids Fitness, Aqua Fitness, and Personal Training. She always looks forward to working with participants at the Oswegoland Park District.

Natalie Kollmann is a yoga instructor with 200 hours or vinyasa training and an additional 500 hours of study in an alignment-based, therapeutic philosophy. Natalie encourages the idea of pulling focus back into the body, aligning students to feel the structural foundation of their poses gaining new strength as they deepen their awareness. Recognizing and honoring the body and self as they are, Natalie provides modifications and support throughout classes so that all students feel strong and capable, empowering them to bring yoga into their daily lives.

Gabby Wnek started practicing yoga as a way to combat pain through asana and meditative practice. Combining her professional social work experience and a 200-hour yoga certification, Gabby is an energetic and caring instructor. It is her wish to spread the yoga love and show that anyone can do yoga.
