Bend & Brew @ OBC

Start your weekend strong with an energizing morning yoga class followed by a refreshing cold one from the Oswego Brewing Co. The perfect event to stretch and socialize with friends! Each participant will receive one beer ticket to enjoy immediately after class in the taproom. Please bring a yoga mat to class. (KD)

Crystal Bowl Meditation

Relax and restore at the cozy Little White School Museum for this special event. You will be surrounded by candlelight while the soft sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls fill the room, balancing your chakras and mood. A guided meditation will be presented to ease stress and reset expectations. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillows, and wear comfortable clothing. No prior meditation experience needed. Register in advance, space is limited. (KD)

Cross-HIIT

Combine the fat blasting principles of cross-training and high intensity interval training. Pumped Up Strength is a new approach to resistance training.
