Winter Program Update
On Wednesday, January 6, Governor Pritzker announced that the Tier 3 Resurgence Mitigations will remain in effect state-wide until January 15. Regions meeting IDPH metrics on January 15 may see relaxed mitigations moving forward.
The Oswegoland Park District continues to follow the Restore Illinois guidelines to ensure our programs provide a safe and healthy experience for all participants. As a result, indoor programs scheduled to begin the week of January 11th have been postponed.
Participants registered for programs affected by the continued mitigations will be contacted with additional information regarding rescheduled classes or program credits.
- Kid’s Connection, Junior Kid’s Connection, As We Grow Preschool, One-on-One Private Lessons and Trainings, and Virtual Programs will continue as scheduled.
- Park District facilities remain CLOSED to the public at this time.
- Parks, Trails, and Playgrounds REMAIN OPEN.
- Questions can be directed to info@oswegolandpd.org.
Park District staff continue to make adjustments to Winter programming in preparation for relaxed mitigations. Our digital-only Winter Play Book will be updated regularly to reflect these adjustments.
Thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing you in a class soon!
