Due to the costs associated with preparing for your program, refund requests and transfers must be made at least 3 business days prior to the program start date. If you are unable to attend a class that you registered for, please notify us at least 3 business days before the start date and we can assist you in transferring your registration to another program that fits your schedule.
If you would prefer to cancel your registration entirely, a full refund will be credited to your account for most program refund requests. If you request the refund be issued to a credit card or as a check, a $5 service fee per program will be charged.
For requests made less than 3 business days prior to the start of the program or event, no refund will be given. Please read the information on your receipt for any exceptions.
When a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified by phone or email and a full refund will be issued.
We are so sure that you will be satisfied with our classes that we guarantee it! If you are not satisfied with a program that you attended, please request a refund within 24 hours of its completion. We will be happy to refund your class fee.
Exceptions to the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” policies are rare, but due to the financial implications, there are a few. They are listed in the catalog/web site course description.
- Aquatic Park Passes are not refundable after the first day the pool opens for the summer
- Kid’s Connection, Preschool, Team Gymnastics, and Dance Team refunds are limited to the amount of one week’s fee
- A partial refund may be given for selected programs that require consumable and/or up-front financial investment such as cooking classes or theatre trips
- A schedule change, medical situation, or other non-satisfaction related reason for withdrawing, may result in a partial refund
