The Oswegoland Park District welcomed Holly Wiggins to the Park Board of Commissioners on Thursday, February 15. Holly has been a resident of Oswego for six years, along with her husband and two daughters. They participate in many Oswegoland Park District programs and events and are proud to live in a town where the Park District plays a significant role in creating the feeling of community.
Holly brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the Park Board. She has a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration and has worked professionally in the field of Recreation for over 18 years. She currently serves as the Superintendent of Recreation at the Fox Valley Park District.
The Park Board is comprised of five elected commissioners who set policy and carry out the official business of the District. Park Board Commissioners serve six-year terms without pay. As an appointment to the Park Board, Holly will serve until the expiration of this term in May 2025.
