Free Fitness Previews

Geared toward Seniors, this class is designed to include modified cardio, increase strength, help with balance and coordination, reduce stress, reduce pain and lead to better sleep. Class will use the support of chairs for stability and is suitable for all levels. Ages 13+. Space is limited, register for free here.
